Where creativity and imagination thrive!

Kindergarteners are creating an imaginary animal. They are making a line drawing in marker combining the head of one animal with the body of another animal. Wiggle eyes were glued on as the finishing touch.

First graders are creating a mixed media still life with colored tissue flowers.

Second graders are using painted, paste papers to make story illustrations in the style of Eric Carle.

Third graders are making wonderful Egyptian mummies using construction paper and Overwriter markers. They are learning about patterns.

Fourth graders are finishing their "Two-View Picasso Portraits and will begin a line drawing called "Bad Hair Day" showing a variety of lines.

Fifth graders are creating computer art for the front and back cover of a triangle accordian fold book. They are learning about warm and cool colors and how to make abstract designs using a computer painting program.

If you would like to donate to the artroom,
we are in need of the following:
                 Yarn - a variety of colors, especially red,
                                   yellow, blue, orange, pink

                 Glue Sticks - we are always running out

                  Stickers (for sticker box rewards)
