Courses I teach for first semester 2008-2009:

TV / Video Production

Room 175 & 179

Students taking this course will be responsible for producing the morning announcements (daily) for the school. They will be working out of the TV studio and the Communications Room 179. The students will also be filming projects (such as commercials) that can be used during the morning announcements. We will also be doing stories and submitting them to Fox61 Student News.

Manufacturing Processes

Room 184 & 181 

Manufacturing Processes provides students with a general introduction to the material processing and systems of a manufacturing activity. We will be doing a variety of projects that teach students about the manufacturing field. Students will understand how to take raw materials and transfer them into useful products. 

Principles of Technology

Room 181

Principles of Technology is an applied science course. Students will be working on projects such as building bridges, mag lev vehicles, hydraulic arm, and rube goldberg project. They will primarily be looking at 4 systems: mechanical, electrical, fluid and thermal.
