Orchestra is off to a fantastic start!
Below are a few reminders, as well as some important new information.
- All students should have a name tag on their case. Should an instrument be left behind, I need to know who it belongs to!
- Violin and viola students must have a shaped shoulder sponge. You can purchase them from Music and Arts, or directly from me. The cost is $5.00.
¬- Continuing students will join the beginning kids the week of November12th.
Concert season is fast approaching! Concert dress is as follows: White shirt, black pants (or skirt), black socks and shoes. Ties for boys are optional. Concerts are a big deal—please dress for the occasion; no t-shirts, avoid sneakers if you can. Students should wear their concert dress to school on concert days (see below).
