Writing-- The students have been working on writing a book this week. We read the pattern book, "What I See". After reading and brainstorming their own rhyming pairs, each student wrote and illustrated his or her own book.

-keep a journal
-write a letter to a friend or relative
-write mom or dad's grocery list!
Math-- In math we have finished our shapes unit and are beginning to learn about even and odd numbers and addition.
