Laptop Carts 
Third grade has started using the laptops for Type to Learn and creating and saving Word documents. As part of this lesson, they are learing the proper way to take care of your computer, how to log on and off, checking the battery, plugging in the mouse, proper shutdown procedures and proper handling when storing the laptops in the cart.
Our laptop carts are up and running with all 25 laptops. The carts can be signed out as a single unit or as a pair. The technology sign-out is on the wall behind Judy Couture. There are always some batteries that are charging in the laptop closet for the Gateway laptops.
Digital Cameras 
Our digital cameras are available for sign-out. Since they use rechargeable batteries, we have to allow enough time to charge. Please sign up a few hours before needing them so that we can have them fully charged. Our wonderful PTO has purchased additional battery chargers and batteries along with additional cameras and memory cards. We now have enough to supply one camera per grade level.
