Parents and students!--Check up on this page every once in a while to learn about current art projects, events, web site links and more!

Please make sure you child comes to school with a smock!!!

Smocks can be purchased or a slightly over-sized shirt can be used. It can be fun to decorate it and personalize it at home. Sometimes the smocks are stored in the child's classroom, sometimes they bring it home in their backpacks, but all students need a smock for art day. Some projects are very messy and they need to be prepared. If your child can't find something to use, please send in a note and I can provide one for them.

Although seeing artwork in person is the best for viewing art, the Internet is a great way to easily browse through museum art collections and learn about the artists and their work. Here are some of my favorites...
