Grade 8 and Grade 7 will be reviewing present tense regular and irregular verbs. The theme for this unit is El Festival de Pamplona. Students will "visit" Pamplona and experience the excitement of running with the bulls!
Tasks-
Students will write a persuasive essay to convince their parents to allow them to run with the bulls.
Students will create a poster that visually depicts and describes the events of the Festival de San Fermin.The poster project will be complete in school.
Grade 6
Students will write a letter to the mayor of Pamplona either in favor of or against bull fighting.
Students will decorate their scarves ( panuelos) with images from El Festival de Pamplona.
New vocabulary this week- Numbers 1-31, months of the year, days of the week
practice with greetings and departures.
