Athletic Information

 The head coaches for our fall sports are:

1. Boys Soccer - John Cerimele

2. Girls Soccer - Jim Revel

3. Girls Tennis - Bill Boyar

4. Gymnastics - Aimee Sanchez

5. Cross Country - Mike McCabe

6. Cheerleading - Rae Neshimka

7. Volleyball - Nancy Saggio

In order to try out for a sports team you must have the following information on file in the athletic office:

    1. A physical form less then one year old signed by your doctor.  You MUST use the school's physical form (it is suggested that you make a copy for your records)

    2. A Health History form signed by the parent/guardian and reviewed by your physician when the physical is given

    3. A consent to random steroid testing form signed by the parent/guardian

    4. A permission form signed by the parent/guardian

    5. A paid participation fee ($60 for each sport you participate in) checks can be made payable to Union Catholic High School

*** For the physical and health history forms go to the bottom of this page and "click" the link for physical and health history forms.  All other forms can be found at the bottom of this page under the title of "Athletic Registration Forms".

Atention Student Athletes:   The NCAA Clearinghouse has announced changes in course requirements for eligibility. Class of 2008 and beyond will need 16 core courses. Find out more on the web at  www.ncaa.org
