Pour le 10 septembre - Cover textbook. Complete map of Africa by indicating francophone countries (French speaking) using text/Internet. Review materials in book on pages 4, 6, 8, 9 and oral notes from teacher for map/geography/culture quiz on Friday.
Pour le 11 septembre - Study for quiz on France (what we went over in class!). See above for pages in our book which you should go over. Complete worksheet given out in class on faire, etre, and avoir. Please make sure to bring the worksheet on er verbs, which you started in class today.
Pour le 14 semptembre - Complete the two worksheets ("Le Monde de Lucas" and "Coralie Balmy") given out to you in class today. For "Le Monde de Lucas" make sure to translate the cartoon as well as do the questions on the other page. Go over - er verbs worksheet (Quiz on Wednesday).
Pour le 16 septembre - Complete Review worksheet given out in class regarding wishes/wants and verb/infinitive sentences. Study -er verbs and their endings for Quiz on Wednesday.
Pour le 17 septembre - Complete both sides of review worksheet for full credit.
Pour le 18 septembre - Complete review worksheet F and study verbs avoir, etre, and faire for QUIZ!! Don't forget to bring your lap tops to class.
Pour le 21 septembre - Complete your composition that you started in class. You need to have in class printed out already. It will be graded. Below you can find the requirements for the composition that were displayed on the SmartBoard today. We are starting Lecon 12 on Monday.
Pour le 23 septembre - Complete exercises 3, 4, and 5 in book on pages 175-176.
Pour le 24 septembre - Complete worksheet given out to you in class and study for a dictation quiz on colors.
Pour le 25 septembre - Complete workbook pages 109-110. Go over placement of adjectives (which ones come before and which ones come after the noun) for a short quiz. Bring your laptops to class.
Pour le 28 septembre - Complete workbook pages 111-112. Begin to study for exam on Lecon 12.
Pour le 30 septembre - No written homework. Study for Test on Lecon 12. Those students that owe me a composition must bring it in mercredi!!!
Pour le 1er octobre - Complete handout exercises K & L on education only
Pour le 2 octobre - Complete ex. 1 on page 196 and write out and translate vocab on page 197 Ma Ville in your notebook. Bring back rewritten compositions.
Pour le 5 octobre - Complete ex. 3 and 4 on page 198. Study for quiz on Ma Ville vocab (pg. 197).
Pour le 7 octobre - Complete ex. 6, 7, and 8 on page 201. Bring your lap tops to class.
Pour le 8 octobre - Complete workbook pages 120-121. Finish classwork web worksheet as well. I have put the link on my favorites below.
Pour le 9 octobre - Complete handout on Lecon 13. Study for quiz on Lecon 13.
Pour le 15 octobre - Read and translate in your notebook Week-end a Paris (pg. 204 - Lecon 14). Answer the Comprehension questions on page 205. Read and translate Bonjour Ousmane! on page 244. Complete the Comprehension questions and the Activite ecrite. Read and translate MC Solaar on page 245.
Pour le 16 octobre - Complete exercises 1 and 2 on page 207. Go over the verb "Aller"
Pour le 19 octobre - Complete exercises 3 and 4 on pages 208-209. Study for quiz on verb aller (conjugation and placing correct form in the sentence).
Pour le 21 octobre - Write out the vocabulary on page 210. Complete exercises 8 and 9 on page 211.
Pour le 22 octobre - Complete exercise 6 on page 209 and exercise 7 on page 210. Study the prepositions a and chez for a quiz tomorrow.
Pour le 23 octobre - Complete handout given out in class today (both sides). Do not forget to bring your workbook and lap top tomorrow to class.
Pour le 26 octobre - Complete workbook pages 127-130. Test on Lecon 14 will be on Thursday.
Pour le 28 octobre - Write 10 sentences using the vocabulary (En ville) page 210. Complete exercise 1 on page 214.
Pour le 29 octobre - No written homework. Please study well for the test on Lecon 14 tomorrow. This will be the last test of the marking period. Also, for those students that need to make-up tests and quizzes and have homework that needs to be made up because of an absence, the last day to complete the work is on November 4th. Any work not completed will be given a zero grade/mark.
Pour le 30 octobre - Label skeleton with body part names in French of course using worksheet or book page 68. Complete worksheet Ex. J.
