YOUR FINAL EXAM IS TUESDAY JUNE 9TH DURING THE DOUBLE PERIOD

The Exam has two parts:

1. Hands-on-Lab Practical that includes metric system, microscope,laboratory equipment ,DNA model. Use the Biology Review Packet Part I Lab Practical to review for this section.

6/4 This review packet is due Thurs 6/4. 

2. #2 Pencil and Scantron Exam that includes animal  diagrams and the material from the Self Created Review Sheet (an outline sheet was distributed in class Thursday). Use the Biology Animal Labeling Review Packet and the Self Created Review Sheet for this portion of the test.

6/5 This review packet is due Fri 6/5.

Self Created Review Sheet      

1. Scientific Method- List the steps of the Scientific Metod in order.

2. Atom- Name the three subatomic particles, identify their charge and location.

3. Cell- Describe the function of the following: Cell membrane, ER, Golgi Bodies, Mitochondria, Nucleus

4.Mitosis- List in order the steps of mitosis

5. Genetics- Describe and code the following: homozygous, heterozygous, dominant, recessive,phenotype, genotype. Do a four box punnett grid

6. Describe the accomplishments of the scientists involved in cell theory and DNA. Chargaff, Franklin, Hooke,Schleiden, Schwann, Watson & Crick.
