Dear Parents,

The VW GREENTEAM has decided to organize 2 Bake Sales during the Tri-Conferences next week, on February 9th and the 11th, from 4:30pm to 7:30pm.
All items will be sold at $0.50 a piece and all the proceeds will be donated to SAVE OUR SEINE (SOS).  Save Our Seine is a local non-profit  organization and their mission is to clean and protect the Seine River here in Manitoba, as well as restore and repair features of the environment that have been degraded.  Visit www.saveourseine.com for more information.

Please come and help support our GREENTEAM as well as get informed about deforestation!

Thank you in advance for your continued support in saving our environment.

Thank you Mme Kristen Hildebrand & Mme Alison Palmer

January 26th

Thank you for getting the Symphony permission slips in on time - unfortunately Mother Nature let loose that day and the field trip has had to be rescheduled. Mrs. Ciavarelli is waiting for them to find another time that works for everyone.

The children also wrote in their agendas today about snacks being sold tomorrow. This is an initiative of Mr. V's Grade 6 class to raise money for Haiti. The snacks being sold are peanut free and include things like brownies, cookies, muffins and cupcakes. The Grade 6's will bring an assortment to the clasroom at lunch for the children to purchase up to 4 items at $1 each.
