Math: TERC - Unit 2 Prisms & Pyramids. 1. Complete Unit 2 pages 1 & 2.  2. Neatly tear out Unit 2 section and place in your Math folder.  3. Review Unit 1 in SAB. Use notes and student handbook - Mark any pages or questions you have difficulty on or do not fully understand.  (Unit test is next week)

Reading/Writing: 1.  Read for 30 minutes.  2.  Complete reading log/genre chart.   3.  Writer's Notebook "School Report" pick two topics to write about  3.  Practice "Critical Thinking"

Social Studies: 1.  Review notes/vocabulary for NY State Social Studies test  2.  Read/complete review packet for Chapters 3-5. (Complete all sections)  3.  Plan/organize DBQ.  Revise/Edit Part B essay for Chapter 12.

Reading/Writing: 1.  Read for 30 minutes.  2.  Complete reading log/genre chart.   3.  Writer's Notebook "Critical Thinking" entry # 2  4.  TFK packet (Due Thursday)

Explanation

Using clues 1 & 2 I found all of the factors for 70 & 42.  Using clue 3, I eliminated any of the factors that were 10 or greater.  That left me with 70: 1,2,5,7  42: 1,2,3,6,7.  The only prime numbers they had in common were 2 & 7.
