PARENTS : PHYSICAL EDUCATION GUIDE

Your child will be instructed in the following
areas :

Warm-ups/calisthenics/flexibilities/

Rope jumping skills

Run for fun activities

Locomotor and non-locomotor skills

Follow directions/listening/co-operatives

Lead up team skills


They will be assessed after every unit or lesson and
graded on their abilty either to perform the assigned
skills or improve on a previous performance . There
are a list of behavior skills that must be adhered to
for each class .
You may examine it during EDUCATION WEEK or
