I hope you all had a great summer! I am looking forward to an exciting year with each one of you! We have many fun activities planned for this year. You will be participating in DARE, Camp Kweebec, Junior Achievement, Exchange City, and History Hunters just to name a few. This year, we have a new mobile lab with Mac Laptops. I am hoping to do some cool projects with them and hopefully some of you have used Mac computers before!
On the first day of school please bring your supplies, reading scrapbook, and your math packet. You will be able to purchase your agenda books from me in the classroom. (They are $5.00) If you did not buy a soft cover 1 inch binder, please do so. Staples has them on sale for $0.25.
There will be lots of important papers going home during the first few days of school, so make sure to be looking for important notices. There is a Camp Kweebec flyer and field trip form for the September 11th field trip that needs to be brought back to school ASAP. There will also be several 5th grade fundraisers that we will need your support with (Put the picnic on your calendars for September 19th)!
On the first day of school you will receive your First in Math password. You should begin the program right away.
