The guidance counselor at Woodleaf School is Ms. Jordan.  My role is to work with teachers, parents, and students to help students to have a positive school experience.  During the year, counselors have several primary responsibilities.  Those include coordinating the school's testing program, helping to identify students with special needs, observing and participating in the classroom, helping to promote character education, helping to implement the guidance curriculum, helping to make referrals to community agencies, and providing short-term counseling to students in crisis.

     Should you need to contact the guidance department during the year, please leave a voice box mail and I will return your call as soon as possible.  Please make an appointment if you need to visit in person.  I am usually available to meet with parents from 2:30-3:15 in the afternoons on most days.
