Welcome to a brand new school year! My name is Amanda Allen and I am your child’s fourth grade teacher! I would like to tell you a little about myself.
I graduated from East Carolina University in May of 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a concentration in Child Studies. This will be my second year teaching at Wintergreen Intermediate School. During the summer I spent much of my time working on my Master’s degree. I enjoy theatre, music and traveling. If you have any questions please ask!
You can contact me at school by phone at 252-355-2411. You may also e-mail me at allena.wnt@pitt.k12.nc.us. I try to check my e-mail at least twice a day.
I also use schoolnotes.com. This website allows me to post homework assignments and any bulletins.
I am thrilled to be working with you and your child this school year! Together we can be very successful!
Sincerely,
Ms. Amanda Allen
