Requirements to demostrate A.Under glaze (make Cylinder, bisque, decorate and glaze, Glaze fire 1. Stamp-Make a stamp w/your initials or symbol for your work 2. Coil- Face jug completed with 8-10 in. height requirement 3. Coil and/or slab- teapot with two mugs w/handles(projects needs to meet height requirement, decorated alike and a project theme) 4. Slab- slab building meeting size requirements and surface requirements. Student will demonstrate a vase with lid using soft slabs and a box using leather hard slabs. A surface change is required on the vase w/lid. 5. Pinch- Whistle converted to a recongnizable object or figure using seven attachments.
To get full credit in clayworks, Student must complete the above seven project, meet height and surface requirements, and complete the required time with each project.

Student will draw and demonstrate straight cuts in a mosaic project. (mid term due date) B. Curve cut Project 1. Student will draw and demostrate a inside and outside cut in a project
STUDENTS WILL BE GRADED ON DAILY PARTICIPATION WITH EACH PROJECT ASSIGNMENT. Student absences must be made up after school with their projects.
