Welcome to Coach Mills'
Physical Education Class.
Student Requirements: Students are required to dress out everyday in Red T-Shirt* and Black Shorts*. If this requirement is not meet students forego their ability to participate in class for the day, lose 4 points from their quarter grade and maybe required to do basic mathematical work.
*As the weather turns colder students have the option to wear BLACK sweat/wind pants and a Red Sweatshirt as some classes will be held outside.
Student Expectations: Student are expected to participate in all class activities with effort and sportsmanship.
Class structure for each week.
Monday and Thursdays - Fitness, with a current focus of improving core muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance. Students are currently working their way to acheiving 30 repetitions for each activity of our abdominal routine and building their endurance to have the ability to jog continuously for 10mins.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday - Flag Football, focusing on skill development, understanding of positions and teamwork. Both Mr Mills and Mr Crawley's classes have been split into 3 teams in each and competing in a flag football tournament.
