Thanks for all who helped with our Fall Festival! It was a good time! Also, thank you for donating candy to our candy bucket. Students love to work towards incentives and receive awards for a job well done!
In science we are continuing with our ongoing unit about weather. Mr. Sippel and Mrs. Isenhour will be visiting classes to do lessons in addition to lessons taught by Mrs. Jacobs, Ms. Hubbard and myself.
In Social Studies we are beginning Unit 2: The Early United States. In this unit, we will cover Goal 4 of the N.C. Standard Course of Study. Students will trace key developments in U.S. history and describe their impact on the land and the people of the nation and its neighboring countries.
We will conclude our unit about Native Americans on November 23 with a Museum Walk in the media center.
