Welcome to our website!!! We hope parents and students will find it helpful in securing class information about the school year.

Reading--We contniue to send guided reading books home. Please read with two people, and have them make comments on your reading.
Word Wall Words--This week we will have a Word Wall sentence test. The sentences will be made up of Word Wall Words. The word family is the "ell" family.
Math--We are working on plane shapes and solid shapes. We will continue to review fact families.
Writing--We are working on Christmas memory stories.
Science--We will continue to study animal habitats, and the effect of seasons on animals.
Social Studies--We are excited about our study about cultures and customs around the world!!! We will bring home lots of culturally divesrse artifacts!
To meet your reading goal, you must read four nights out of seven each week and you must earn the designated number of points on your reading contract!
