Welcome to Mrs. Patrias' first grade class. We will be working extremely hard on reading everydayl. Students are expected to be in class everyday and responsible for their work. Teaching our students responsibility is a major goal that we are striving to work toward. Please work and read with your students daily to help them stay on the level where they should be at all times. Our work is never done. We are all learning everyday; which allows us to grow both academically and personally. 
     Continue to read with your child everyday to help them become fluent readers. Please use the reading strategies when they stumble across a word that flips them.
