Welcome to Sixth Grade Social Studies
at Corriher-Lipe Middle School
Mr. Gary C. Rhyne
Green Gator Team

Students will be exploring and experiencing the world of geography and will learn to use the geographical tools acquired to navigate through the countries of Europe and Latin America.

My job as a social studies teacher is not only to teach students about geography, history, and economics of Europe/Russia and Latin America; but also to help students form opinions about all issues and to become responsible citizens. All students can achieve these goals through their individual abilities and responsible behavior and efforts. We urge you to be all you can be in this class with the help of your parents and the teacher.
