All regular Spanish classes have started the quarter with a converational Spanish unit on greetings, introducing people, and names. In conjunction with that unit, students are performing skits and making their family trees and sharing those in class in Spanish. Advanced Spanish students are rehearsing the classic 17th century Spanish comedy DON QUIXOTE, to be performed live at Catawba College on Tuesday, Sept. 23, at 9:30 A.M. in Ketner Building in the Tom Smith Auditorium for the Catawba Department of Education's Teaching Fellows. Parents and adult family members of the performing students are invited to attend.
