3rd & 4th Grade Group I-- Language Unit #4. We are currently reading about winterweather and working on basic comprehension questions, sequencing, and cause and effect relationships. Also, we are completing a unit on Ichabod Crane and The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.
3rd & 4th Grade Group II-- Language Unit #5. We are currently reading about winter weather and famous male sports stars.
1st Grade-- We are working on short vowel sound word families, simple addition, and writing our numbers to 50.
5th Grade-- We are continuing our study of vowel digraphs. We are also studying word endings that change the meanings of our words. In writing we are learning about verbs and turning fragments into sentences.

January 21st- Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday January 22nd- Teacher Workday (No School) January 31st- Report Cards/EC Progress Reports
February 18th is now a regular school day to make up for the day we missed on January 17th.
