Welcome to Ms. Sease's Third Grade
May/June Happenings:
During the month of May, we have reviewed both reading and math concepts in order to prepare for the EOG (End of Grade) test. EOG's are May 19-21, make-ups are May 22-23. If your child makes a level 1 or 2 on the math portion of the EOG, remediation and retests will occur May 27-June 3.
During the last few days of school, our class will finish up Theme 6: Smart Solutions in our reading books, highlight and review math concepts, and complete a unit on the skeletal and muscular systems in science. Check out the science links above for some really neat websites on the skeletal and muscular systems!
Homework:
The week of May 27-30 we WILL have homework. Please check your child's homework pad and folder for assignments. After this week, your child will only be responsible for reading 20 minutes each evening and studying multiplication tables.

Items of Need:
We are in need of bandages for our first aid kit. Also, tissues and loose leaf notebook paper would be great donations as well. Any donation, big or small is greatly appriciated! We are also in need of tissues and prizes for the prize box.
