English 2 students are taking a journey around the world by visiting  Ancient Greece, Ancient China and Japan, as well as Egypt  and other ancient communities.  Their literary travels are allowing them to view the literature  of ancient worlds, as well as providing  them with opportunities to read some modern literature .

All tenth graders will be getting ready to take the North Carolina Writing Assessment which will be given on March 12th- the second  Tuesday in March.  Special preparations are being made to give each student the opportunity to be successful  and make a "3" or "4" on the Writing Test.

So, sharpen your pencils, students, and bring plenty paper and erasers. We are going to learn how to WRITE, WRITE, WRITE !
