Ms. Walillian Kennedy 8th Grade Access Language Arts & Math Class
What is Access? Access is a classroom with a small number of students . They are receiving the 8th grade curriculum. However, it is modified and tailored to meet each students Individualized Education Plan (IEP). We strive to meet and exceed the student's IEP goals.
2nd Quarter -We will read "The Monkey's Paw" and do various activities surrounding the short story. -We will read "The Third Wish" and do various activites surrounding the short story. -We will write a paper to continue to stengthen writing skills. -We will read different types of media (newspaper, magazine articles, etc...) to exposure students to different styles of writing.
Parents are always welcome into my classroom.
