Classroom
Expectations

Entering Class

• You will come into class put all your
       stuff on the counter and sit in your assigned seat.
• You will start with warm up assignment.

Exiting Class

• You will clean up and pack up when Ms.
       Simmons gives you a signal.
• You will have your garbage can up and
       your feet under the table while you wait quietly.
• Mrs. Simmons will call the quietest
       tables first to line up at the door.
• We will leave the classroom in a calm,
       quiet, and orderly manner.

Consequences

1^st
Offense:  Verbal Warning

2^nd Offense: Student conference; phone call home to parents or
guardian

3^rd Offense: Call to parents/guardian; After School Detention

4^th
Offense or Failing to show up for ASD: Office referral

Art is a 9 week class in which students learn the basic concepts of art.  We now have a new textbook by Davis
Publications for all grade levels. Each grade will follow a lesson plans based
on the text and the state standard course of study.

Advanced Art starts in the craft mode ...German paper cut designs, Embroidery, Wooden painted & dressed figures, Paper Stained Glass,Salt dough ornaments, Calligraphy,and Paper Mache. After the holidays will be Painting.
