Fr - Math x10 and x11 tables. Write two paragraphs about something that happened over the weekend. Stay focused on ONE small moment! Use transition words.

ROUNDING: Underline the place you're rounding to; then draw an arrow over the number to the right. Sing, "When the number under the arrow is LESS than 5, we LEAVE the underlined digit alone. ASSOCIATIVE PROPERTY OF ADDITION: Always add what's inside the parenthesis first. Then add L to R.
MEAN - the average of a group of numbers. First you add the numbers; then divide by the number of numbers!
MEDIAN - the middle number in a group of numbers
MODE - the most often repeated number.
RANGE - Subtract the largest number minus the smallest one!
PROBABILITY - Numerator = put the portion on top! Denominator = put the total on the bottom
MULTIPLICATION RULES:
9 x a number is one step back, plus what you add to equal 9. 9 x 7 = 6 (+)3 =9; 63!
5 x an even number; 1/2 that number and tack on a 0.
5 x an odd number; step back one; half that number;
and tack on a 5.
