Math=The students will be working on Goal 1 (Develop number sense for the real numbers, develop flexibility in solving problems by selecting strategies and using mental computation, estimation, calculators or computers, and paper and pencil) and Goal 5 (Develop an understanding of function, write an equation of a linear relationship, solve problems using linear equations and inequalities, solve equations using the inverse relationships of addition and subtraction, multiplication and division, squares and square roots, and cubes and cube roots) for the rest of this quarter and next quarter.     Also, students can access the math website to practice problems in each section covered.  The website address is located on the front cover of the math textbook.  Go.hrw.com (no password is needed) Course 3 2004 version.
