Learning Corner: We will begin the year by concentrating on how to follow rules and procedures appropriate for school. We will ease into learning with the help
of traditional nursery rhymes.
Things to Work on: Here are a few things you can begin to work on with your child. Work on writing their first and last name. Review the alphabet. (Your child will need to recognize the letter as well as the sound it makes.) Count with them as high as they can go, until they reach 100. Practice reciting birthday, address, and phone number.
