I hope you enjoyed your holidays and had a wonderful time with your family. Thank you to all that sent in cards and gifts and supplies for the gingerbread houses and party. It was greatly appreciated.
We will be getting right back into the swing of things. In reading, we will be starting Literature Circles with novels. We will be reviewing division and starting geometry in math. For Social Studies, we will begin a unit on the regions of the United States and immigration.
We have been working so hard and learning so much, that there are a few supplies that each child will need to bring in to school to replace used items. Each child needs to bring in each of the following by January 11, 2008.
3 One-Subject Notebooks
2 Pocket Folders
2 Packs of Pencils
3 Dry Erase Markers
1 Box of Tissues
