Parents and students,
We are looking forward to an exciting year for 2008-2009. We will explore many things in math, language arts, science, social studies and technology. We have high expectations for your child, and hope that you do too! Please email us or contact the school if you have any questions or concerns!

**REMINDERS**
-Please check your child's agenda each night.
-When you read a library book, please sign your name and the book's name on the correct day in the blue folder. Then, return it to school so your child may get a new book. Only one book is to be checked out at a time.
-Please make sure your child completes their homework each night. We will have homework every day except Friday and over holidays. Sometimes this may require your help, and other times they may be able to do it on their own.
-Read to your child--they enjoy it, even though they are reading on their own!
-Friday is ice cream day. Please send in 60 cents in an envelope if you would like for your child to get ice cream with their lunch!
-Friday is also show and tell day. Please bring something to share with the class!
