I hope everyone had a wonderful summer. School has begun and our new principal, Mr. Currie, has arrived on campus. There have been a lot of changes at Isenberg School and we're off to a great start. We're all looking forward to the best year ever!
I would like to thank all of our parents and visitors for adhering to some of new policies. We are making every effort to keep your children safe while at school. Everyone who is not employed at our school should have a visible visitor's pass at all times. We have also asked that everyone wait outside of the building in the afternoon for their children. This prevents the hallways from being overcrowded and helps us to better monitor where our students are and who picks them up.
I have a few reminders as we begin the new school year. Student arrival time should not be before 7:45. School dismisses at 3:05. Chidren should wear comfortable shoes such as tennis shoes each day. This protects their feet and allows them to participate safely in school activities. Flip flops are not safe at school. Check the school's home page for important dates and upcoming events.
Parents, please be aware that all transportation changes for your children MUST be in WRITING. We can not accept changes over the telephone. If you need to change the manner in which you want your child to go home, send a written note stating your wishes and signed by you. This policy is for your child's protection.
Please feel free to contact me at the school any time you have questions or concerns. I welcome any suggestions or comments you have.
