Hi! My name is Mrs. Wilson. I am one of the ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) teachers at Hurley Elementary School. I am here Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays,and Thursdays. I work with students whose first language is not English, from one to four sessions per week.
School Tip: Reading together (in English and in your native language) is one of the best ways to help your child do well in school! Also, make sure to communicate with your child about homework assignments.
Hola! Yo soy Sra. Wilson. Yo soy una de las maestras de Ingles para Hablantes de Otra Idioma, que en Ingles se refiere "E.S.O.L.". Yo estoy en la escuela de Hurley Lunes,Martes, Miercoles, y Jueves. Yo trabajo con los estudiantes que hablan una idioma que no es ingles, en la casa. Yo trabajo con los estudiantes uno a cuatro veces cada semana.
Sujerencia Escolar: Leyendo juntos (en ingles y en espanol) es una de las cosas mejores e importantes que pueden hacer para que su estudiante tenga exito en escuela. Tambien, aseguren que se comuníquen con sus hijos sobre la tarea que is muy importante.
Si escuela está cerrada o va a abrir mas tarde por el tiempo afuera pueden mirar la television o oir el radio a ver a que hora va a abrir. La palabra en ingles "delay" indica que vienen mas tarde, pero si vienen. Pueden llamar 704-639-7050, marquen 1 y entonces 2 para el mensaje en español.
