Do you know that North Rowan Middle school is a school of "High Growth"?
First quarter students will work in the Compass Learning Odyssey program on assignments in Language Arts, Math, and Algebra. The program will give each student a diagnostic test and then provide objective based assignments in areas of weakness. If no weakness is found the student proceeds to the next state objective. This quarter the focus is on students that almost made a "4" on the math EOG last spring.
As fall arrives, parents keep in mind that this lab is available ( 7:20 am daily) for car riders to come in (out of the cold), and work on assignments in areas of their weaknesses. Since the morning lab is not school required, the responsibility is on your child to participate.
