Math 4 Today: This is a weekly assignment and test. It will be given out on Mondays of full weeks and is due completed by Friday for a grade. We will go over the questions and students will take notes. These notes can then be use on the test the following Monday.
Regular Math Test: After each unit students will be tested on the content covered during class. Homework is a vital tool to success for these tests. Notes, examples, strategies, and classwork can be found in our notebooks to help in studying and preparing for the test.

A Pretest is given the day before each unit test. It should come home will your child the night before the test.
Fast Facts: It is essential that your child knows their multiplication facts in order to be successful this year. A weekly Fast Facts test will be given. Please work on these at home!
SCIENCE
This week in Science we will be working with the scientific method. We will do several experiments. The lab reports for these should be in your child's Science folder.
Warm ups: Students will complete science warmups during class and we will then discuss the answers. Tests will be given periodically and dates of these tests will be posted on this site and in the agenda.
It is our departments belief that science is best taught through investigations. Study guides are given at the begining of each unit.
