Upcoming Assignments:

Reading: We are reviewing reading strategies.  All students should have a study guide in their binder.  Test on this material will be September 9th.  This coming week we will begin reading the novel Loser by Jerry Spinelli.  Talk with your child about the novel and look for notes in their binder.

Social Studies:  We are studying map skills.  Look for a Map Skills study guide in their binder to study.  Test on this material will be on September 3rd.

Language: We will be completing Daily Language Review (DLR) this week with lessons on singular/plural nouns, types of sentences, analogies, syllables, and parts of speech.  Test on DLR and Daily Paragraph Editing (DPE) will be on Friday September 6th.
