Week of May 5

As you know, PACT is Tues., Wed., and Thurs. of next week and the next.  No homework or tests will be given during these two weeks.  I have talked with the children about getting enough rest and eating a good breakfast during testing.  Additionally, I am asking if you would please send a box of Debbie Cakes for us to use during testing.  I appreciate all of your help.

Plans for this week:

Reading:  Story--"The Race for the North Pole"  Test--Thurs. (No paper test will come home.  We will use our new computer system to take the test.  I will send the grade.)

Math:  Volume--Test will be Thurs.;  Unit test--Fri.

Science:  Reviewing astronomy

Social Studies: Review

Monday:  Cheeseburger or Turkey subs

Tuesday:  Spaghetti or Taco salad

Wednesday:  Grilled chicken sandwich or Chicken chef salad

Thursday:  Meatball subs or Nachos

Friday:  Hot dog with chili or Chili burgers
