Parents/Guardians,

     Parents, where has this year gone?  There was so much to cover and so little time in which to get the job done.  I want to thank you for your help with your child's homework each night, listening to your child read each night, signing the agenda and other important information that was sent home, the hard work on the science projects,  saving soup labels and box tops, and especially for the support that you gave your child.  This support will be needed by your child for a lifetime.

      Please send in any picture money, book money, or lunch money that you may owe.

     Teaching your child this year has been a challenge that I have enjoyed.

     May I at this time encourage you to keep your child reading this summer by taking him/her to the public library.  There is a wealth of reading material there.  Also don't forget , those of you who have access to a computer  our new reading program, Reading Plus is availabe.  I sent home the information about this a week ago.  Please ask your child about this.
