Reading / Creative Writing / Typing!
All BES students are using the new software called Reading Plus!! They are building reading comprehension, speed, and memory! They can even use this program at home by going to:
http://www.readingplus.com/users/
Each student has a special password to log into the Reading Plus lessons assigned just for him or her. Our boys and girls know they must not share their passwords or allow others to use their Reading Plus computer assignments.
ALSO:
BES 4th and 5th grade students are learning to read technical manuals to create survey tables, poems, and stories with Microsoft Word! They are using Microsoft PowerPoint to make graphs and type Science Project display sheets!
