BandwearBandwear is here! Those of you who placed an order will receive those items via their student this week. • Turn left onto Chapel Hill Road, travel 1.8 miles, Chapel Hill School will be on your left.

Sept/Oct Calendar Change• The Coweta Exhibition at East Coweta High School has changed to Sept 16th. It was scheduled for Sept. 23rd.• Competition dates have changed, and the final dates are: Sept 20, Oct 11, Oct 25, and of course, our own Old South on Nov. 1. 100% attendance is required at these competitions, so please mark your calendar. A new printed band calendar will be sent home soon, and it will also be posted at the bottom of this page when available.

June 1st - $50/person, non-refundable deposit
Aug 1st - $200/person due

Oct 1st - last payment due, payment amount depends on occupancy: 4/room = $200, 3/room = $230, 2/room = $260

On-going Easy Ways to Help Raise FundsWe make money for recycling not only cell phones and ink jet/toner cartridges, but also the following: DVD's • MP3 players/video game consoles (working, or not) • Digital cameras • Portable DVD players. Send batteries, power cord, and chargers. Place all items in the Booster recycle box in the Band Office.Special Note: The NHS Band and Band Boosters offer frequent, if not sometimes overlapping, fundraisers to help those students who could not otherwise afford to be in the band. It is not our intent to expect that ALL students will participate in ALL fundraisers and ALL times. Please DO remember that money designated to students will be credited to their own accounts which can be used for ANY band fees. Please pick and choose fundraisers that work for YOU!
