- Three ring-binder (1-3 inches) and dividers for the following (Warm-up problems, Homework, Classwork, and Quizzes & Tests)
- Notebook Paper – college or wide ruled, not spiral
- Pencils
- One four function calculator

Classroom Rules and Consequences
1. Show respect for others.

3. No talking during class. Raise your hand for permission to speak.

Consequences
First offense: Warning – name goes on the board
Second offense: Parent phone call – check goes on the board after name
