Reading: This week we are celebrating Read Across America in honor of Dr. Seuss's birthday. We will have activities with Dr. Seuss books. We will also be taking the Show What You Know Tests that spiral skills being learned in reading.
Math: We will begin working on money. Please help your child to review the different coins and their values
Language Arts: In grammar this week we will work on proper nouns. In writing we will be doing creative writing activities with Dr. Seuss books.
Social Studies: This week we will continue to work on our recycling project. The students are very excited to be leading this project for our school.
Please check your child's planner nightly and check their homework. This should also help you stay informed as to what we are doing in class.
