Scholastic Book Club orders are due on Friday, November 21st.
My class will be collecting $6.50 from each student to pay for a Christmas gift for their parents. If your child wants to make the gift please send the money by Wednesday. November 18th.
Annuals are $45. without name and $50. with name. Money is due by November 10th. They will be selling them again in the spring.

Our goal of 40 AR books has been set for the second nine weeks. Your child has read __________ books.
Mattie Grace is our leader this week. The leader may bring something in the estimation jar, bring a picture of themselves and one of their families, get somebody to read to us, do an activity or share something with us. We will also do an interview them.
High Frequency Words –find, food, grow, water, under, around, eat, many, too, small, tree (Your child will be tested on reading these words.)
Amazing Words –environment, inhale, capture, require, slimy, creature, thrive, sludge (Talk about the meaning of these words. These are words that we are going to cover this week and amaze people when we start using them.)
