Piano Recital: I could not get the Recital Hall for our regularly scheduled recital time. I'm sorry... I just hope this is enough notice. I know that some of you have very detailed schedules.

Let's vote: I could get the recital hall for December 15th, which is a Tuesday night. We could have recitals at 6p.m. and 7p.m. Or we could have the recital at the school on December 13th.  My vote is to change the date to the 15th. I really like having it in the Recital Hall. However, this is not a good time for out of town grandparents. Please zip me an email with your thoughts!!!

ELITE CHOIR - We are working hard to prepare for our Dinner Theater in January. Now that our music is in, we are getting started on Annie Jr. In the next couple of weeks, I will be handing out audition parts for Annie Jr. We will have auditions before Christmas and parts will be assinged BEFORE Christmas. This will give the kids time to work on their lines during the holidays. When we come back after the holidays, the dinner theater and Annie Jr. will be right around the corner.... it will be time before we know it! Hair and Makeup for Performances: I want makeup and hair fixed cute (maybe curled) and out of their faces in all performances.

Patriot Choir: We have begun working on the choruses for The Nutcracker. This weekend I will make CDs for them to listen during the month of November. We don't have a ton of time, so please put it in the car or wherever you are most likely to listen to it. We can't get it all learned in one month without homework!

Videos for Performances: Most Hayes Cooper Musical Programs are going to be videod this year and sold for $15.00. So if you'd like copies of those, keep that in mind when the performances roll around.

I have added my calendar of events at the end of my school notes below. Please take time to mark your calendars so that you can plan for these events. If you have a conflict let me know ASAP so that I can plan accordingly. Performances are required, not optional!!!
