Please find the information that pertains to your child below. Don't read everything just look for the heading of the group that your child is in.
Recorder Choir and Patriot Choir- We will be going on tour on December 4th, from 10a.m. to 2:30p.m. We will tour around Cleveland to Nursing Homes and Places of Business. The kids need to wear dressy casual in Christmas Colors, if possible! We will stop for lunch at Wendy's and will need $5 for that. We will also need $2 for the bus. The office will have the agenda before we leave. They will also have my cell number to contact me.
Patriot Choir- December 11th, Patriot Choir will sing at BPAC before "A Child's Dream". Time is around 9:00a.m. We will only be away from school for about an hour. (tentative)
6th Grade/Patriot Choir/ Recorder Choir- Hayes Cooper's performance of "The Nutcracker" will be December 8th at 6p.m. Students need to be there at 5:30p.m. Patriot Choir and Recorder Choir needs to wear Christmas (warm)Pajamas. 6th Graders have specific costumes. I realize that basketball games are in conflict, please try and reschedule. Several coaches already have. We will be finished no later than 7p.m. You could get to a 7:15 game. :) Please let me know in advance if this is a problem for you.

Piano Recital: I got confirmation that we have the Recital Hall on Tuesday, December 15th at 6p.m. and 7p.m. for piano recital. We will plan for this. I will get time to you in December.
Patriot Choir and 6th Graders and Recorder Choir- The Nutcracker in on December 8th at 6p.m. This is for both groups and Recorder Choir.
ELITE CHOIR - We are working hard to prepare for our Dinner Theater in January. Now that our music is in, we are getting started on Annie Jr. In the next couple of weeks, I will be handing out audition parts for Annie Jr. We will have auditions before Christmas and parts will be assinged BEFORE Christmas. This will give the kids time to work on their lines during the holidays. When we come back after the holidays, the dinner theater and Annie Jr. will be right around the corner.... it will be time before we know it! Hair and Makeup for Performances: I want makeup and hair fixed cute (maybe curled) and out of their faces in all performances.
Videos for Performances: Most Hayes Cooper Musical Programs are going to be videod this year and sold for $15.00. So if you'd like copies of those, keep that in mind when the performances roll around.
I have added my calendar of events at the end of my school notes below. Please take time to mark your calendars so that you can plan for these events. If you have a conflict let me know ASAP so that I can plan accordingly. Performances are required, not optional!!!
