Review material for upcoming exam next week.

All assignments and work should be completed, including chapter 13 as of Monday.

Housing 621

All material should be handed in including assignments.  I will let you know if you owe me any materials.

Continue to pass in all materials for the term.

Monday we will travel to UPEI where there will be information sessions on the trades.  Leaving at 9:15 and back after lunch time.

A summary of what was covered this week:

English 431X
Final copy of descriptive paragraphs were handed in.  Journals and workbook due Monday.  Spelling test this Monday.  Rememberance Day posters, poems or essay started on Friday.  The class will work on them Mon, Tues and Wed of next week.  

Biology 631
Students started chapter 11 on Circulation.  Assignments and questions should be coming in.

Math 431
Students started chapter 2 and will continue on.

Housing 621
Started chapter 4.  Please make sure all assignments and notes are done.

English 631
Spelling test this week.  Assignments should continue to come in.  Take book for silent reading.

A summary of what was covered this week:

English 431X
Students came up with topics for their final descriptive writing assignments.  Good copies will be typed up this Tuesday.  No journal or wordbook this week, instead we had an inclass assignment on reading comprehension.

Biology 631
Most students should be completing chapter 10.  Assignments should continue to come in for all chapters covered.

Math 431
Chapter 1 test was written this week.  Marks will be available by Tuesday.  Students will be moving onto chapter 2 - Geometry.  

Housing 631
Chapter 3 test should be completed.  Students will continue onto chapter 4.

English 631
Spelling test 3 was written this week.  Keep handing assignments in.  All students should be well into unit 2.

English 431X
Descriptive writing, grammar, and spelling.  Next week the students will be expected to write a description on their topic of choice.  

Biology 631
Students should be well into chapter 10 (Digestion) and assignments should be coming in.  

Math 431
Finishing up chapter 1(Essential Skills with Numbers).  Test to follow next week.  

Housing 631
Students should be well into chapter 3 (Using Decision Making Skills), and should be ready for the test by the middle of next week.  

English 631
Most of the students have completed the unit 1 test and should be beginning unit 2.  Spelling test will be on Monday.
