Mrs. Keane's Wonderful 6th Grade Students
During MAP Week, you will edit and type your previous writings for publication in our book Imaginings 2008.
All work for this project should be saved in a file you create. Call the file Final Publications.
Use the file attachment at the bottom of the page for your recipes. Open the file. Save it to your e-locker. Then type your recipe in the form. Save it with a special title to your e-locker.
For you other writings, there are specific formats to follow.
Size 12 font
Style: Arial
Double line space
Center the title.
Type your name under the title: By _________________ , then skip two lines.
Run spell checker.
Pay attention to all red or green under linings.
Correct problems.
Save your work to your e-locker in your Final Publications.
Items to be included in your Final Publications file are as follows:
- Sensory Paper
- Research Paper
- Recipe (special format-see attachment below)
- Figurative Language (allliteration, simile, metaphor, onomatopoeia, hyperbole)
- Business Letter
