HUGE thank yous to everyone who helped make our class party great today! We had to hurry back and I didn't have time to tell you how much I appreciated your help in every way. We'll finish the oranges and veggie tray tomorrow. It was a wonderful day to end a wonderful year, and thank goodness for the cloud cover!
I've tried to send home the kids workbooks, etc daily so they won't have such a heavy backpack tomorrow. There are still things to take home, so please send your child with his/her backpack. Look for a tan envelope which will contain the report card and a message from me. I'm trying to send a little practice work for some kids.
Badger remains at loose ends for summer plans...several kids have asked to take her for a week or the whole summer, but none have stepped up with a parental note. I'll be in town much of the summer so she can be at my house, but she has remarked that my house is somewhat boring, with no kids running around...
FREE DRESS DAY TOMORROW! Dismissal is at 12:30. We will be packed and ready by 12:20, but not before.
