World Geography: We are currently working on our Traveling Correspondent project .Students research a 3rd world country of their choice. They gather travel plans, book airline tickets, hand draw a map, research issues within the country that they will then write story proposals. They are approaching this as if they are a news correspondent.Economics: We are just finishing up our banking and money unit. On monday we will start our business plan project. The students will create a business plan for a fictional business they want to create. Mr. Abel's last day is May 2nd. We all wish him the best of luck in his teaching career.History of Wyoming: We have finished the Johnson County War and continue the unit on cattlemen, sheepmen and farmers and their relationship with each other.Journalism: We are now being published by the Glenrock Independent as an insert. This has been a welcome step for us and we are excited with the challenge this offers. We are currently publishing approximately every 3-4 weeks.
